Encuadernación artístico

 Before I publish the pieces of my new artwork I want to share what I did with the leftovers of some of the pieces. A binding which will serve as an artistic notebook which I normally use during the creation process for a new polymer clay technique. 

As you can see is full of colors like a sudden spark matching the impetuous emergence of an idea

Antes de publicar las piezas de mi nuevo trabajo quiero compartir lo que hice con los restos de algunas de las piezas. 

Una encuadernación que servirá como cuaderno artístico, de esos que normalmente utilizo durante el proceso creativo para una nueva técnica de arcilla polimérica. 

Como se puede ver está lleno de colores como una chispa repentina que coincide con la aparición impetuosa de una idea

Hojas de otoño

 Today I present the samples of my new polymer clay project that I will soon have finished.

For the presentation I wanted to be inspired by the autumn leaves and the wide range of shades it offers.

This new technique that I will talk about very soon offers a wide possibility in terms of textures and color combination.

It will be available along with new ones for courses and events during the next year 2023.

Hoy os presento las muestras de mi nuevo proyecto de arcilla polimérica que muy pronto tendré terminado. 

Para la presentación he querido inspirarme en las hojas de otoño y la amplia gama de tonalidades que esta ofrece. 

Esta nueva técnica de la que os hablaré muy pronto ofrece una amplia posibilidad en cuanto a texturas y combinación de colores. 

Estará disponible junto a otras nuevas para cursos y eventos durante el próximo año 2023.

Some new polymer clay samples I have been working on these past weeks for my next artworks. 

Instead of plain colors this time I decided to use textured surfaces inspired by clothing. As you can see there are several colors to combine and get different style pieces.

I am looking forward to share with you the results!

Nuevas muestras de arcilla polimérica en las que he estado trabajando estas últimas semanas para mis próximas piezas. 

En lugar de colores lisos esta vez decidí usar superficies texturizadas inspiradas en tela.  Como podéis ver hay varios colores para combinar y obtener piezas de diferentes estilos.

 I always like to start the creative process by drawing. I have a notebook only for that, where all the new projects start.

As you can see in the pictures these are drawings using white paper and a black pen to create natural motifs which will serve as inspiration for polymer clay pieces.

Very soon I will share all the new polymer clay artwork I have been working on.

Siempre me gusta comenzar el proceso creativo dibujando. Tengo un cuaderno solo para eso, donde comienzan todos los nuevos proyectos.

Como puedes ver en las imágenes, estos son dibujos que utilizan papel blanco y un rotulador negro para crear motivos naturales que servirán de inspiración para piezas de arcilla polimérica.

Pronto compartiré todas las nuevas obras de arte de arcilla polimérica en las que he estado trabajando.

Primera clase en mi nuevo estudio

 First class in my new studio! 

Last Friday I opened the new year of classes with a wonderful group of old good friends. 

We spent such a good time together and started the new season with a lot of new projects. 

Talking, working and having a coffee and a cake, what else for a perfect evening?

It was a great pleasure to see them after these years without face to face classes. And about time to go back to normal and enjoy the special environment which is created between people when we share something together.

I send a big kiss to all them

¡Primera clase en mi nuevo estudio! 

El viernes pasado abrí el nuevo año de clases con un maravilloso grupo de antiguas buenas amigas.

Pasamos un buen rato juntas y comenzamos la nueva temporada con muchos proyectos nuevos.

Hablar, trabajar y tomar un café y bizcocho, ¿Qué más se necesita para una tarde perfecta? 

Fue un gran placer verles después de estos años sin clases presenciales. Ya es hora de volver a la normalidad y disfrutar del ambiente especial que se crea entre las personas cuando comparten algo juntas.

Vacaciones en Navarra

Hello!

After an especially hot summer in which I took the opportunity to rest and experiment with new techniques I come back inspired with new projects.

This year I open classes in my studio in Madrid that will begin next week. I am looking forward!!

Tell you that it has been a very productive summer but at the same time relaxing and full of experiences

I spent a few days with my husband visiting the eastern Navarre Pyrenees. We stayed in a great country house, very cozy and full of charm where we were served fantastically: www.besaro.es

We took the opportunity to make hiking trails throughout the Salazar valley: Irati Jungle, Holtzarte Bridge (French Pyrenees). We have also enjoyed other types of routes, the gastronomic. And both together were great!

The contact with nature and the beauty of the landscape has made me connect again with myself and regain inspiration, something that after such a hard pandemic I have greatly appreciated. 

I hope you have also enjoyed the summer and that you begin September with lot of energy

¡Ya estoy de vuelta!

Después de un verano especialmente caluroso en el que he aprovechado para descansar y experimentar con nuevas técnicas regreso con muchas ganas de empezar nuevos proyectos.

Este año inauguro las clases en mi estudio de Madrid que comenzarán la próxima semana ¡Qué ganas!

Contaros que ha sido un verano muy productivo pero al mismo tiempo relajante y llenos de experiencias

Pasé unos días con mi marido visitando el Pirineo Navarro oriental. Nos alojamos en una casa rural estupenda, muy acogedora y llena de encanto donde nos atendieron fantásticamente: www.besaro.es 

Aprovechamos para hacer rutas de senderismo por toda el valle de Salazar: Selva de Irati, Puente de Holtzarte (Pirineo francés). También hemos disfrutado de otro tipo de rutas, las gastronómicas. Y el conjunto ha sido maravilloso

El contacto con la naturaleza y la belleza del paisaje me ha hecho conectar de nuevo conmigo misma y recuperar la inspiración, algo que después de una pandemia tan dura he agradecido mucho. 

Espero que hayáis disfrutado también del verano y que comencéis Septiembre con alegría

Anillos

   Do you remember Fabi´s `Algae´ polymer clay artwork? 

Today we bring you some new variation. This time using the algae colors technique with a ring base. 

Can you appreciate the movement of the piece? 

“Panta Rei”  or `everything flows´, could be the motto of these three colorful rings designs of 4 cm height and 2 cm width size.

Hoy os traemos una nueva variación. Esta vez utilizando la técnica de colores de algas sobre la base de un anillo. 

¿Percibís el movimiento de la pieza? 

"Panta Rei" o `Todo fluye´ , podría ser el lema de estos tres diseños coloridos de anillos con un tamaño de 4 cm de altura y 2 cm de ancho..
