Cuadros Mixed Media

   Canvases with mixed media technique using collages.

It is a lot of fun to play with the combination of colors. Besides the applications are very varied, you just have to use your imagination. You can make boxes, bookbindings, etc.

This technique will be imparted in my studio in Madrid.

Cumpleaños

  The same day of my birthday I had a class in my studio in Madrid and I was able to celebrate with my dearest friends whom I have known for years this special day .

I was very happy with their presence and the gifts they brought me. 

We also had a great time working and sharing this month's new technique.

I also want to thank each and every one of the congratulatory comments I received on FB.

El mismo día de mi cumpleaños tuve clase en mi estudio en Madrid y pude celebrar con mis queridísimas amigas a las que conozco desde hace años este día tan especial.

Me hizo muy feliz su presencia y los regalos que me trajeron. 

Además lo pasamos muy bien trabajando y compartiendo la nueva técnica de este mes.

También quiero agradecer todos y cada uno de los comentarios que he recibido de felicitación por FB.

Polymer Week 2023

  I am back from the PolymerWeek 2023 event organized by Lucy Struncova that took place in Pilzen (Czech Republic). First of all I would like to thank Lucy and her family and team for the effort and dedication they have shown during the whole organization and celebration of the event. We had a unique and unforgettable experience and congratulations for the success! It was a pleasure to see old acquaintances, artists and teachers again, as well as to meet new ones. Without a doubt it was wonderful to be able to share this time with them and with the rest of the attendees. They were three intense days with three groups of people of all nationalities during which I taught a polymer clay technique. I have no words to describe the emotion and joy it was for me to share this experience with participants from all over the world: Europe-Asia-America-Australia. I was especially happy to meet a group of Spanish, Italian and Swiss women whom I have known for a long time and whom I am especially fond of. Another unforgettable detail was a gift from one of the Czech students, a wonderful mug that will become a great souvenir. I would also like to thank the presence of my daughter Vanessa who came expressly as a translator attending with professionalism all the classes and doubts from the attendees, thanks to her the experience was even more complete and special. Finally I would like to reiterate my thanks to Lucy, for dedicating so much time and attention to us. As well as for the excellent treatment she had with us . Thanks to all the people who attended. I hope we can meet again soon . Fabi❤

Ya estoy de regreso del evento PolymerWeek 2023 organizado por Lucy Struncova que tuvo lugar en Pilzen (República Checa) Antes de nada me gustaría agradecer a Lucy y a su familia y equipo por el esfuerzo y dedicación que han demostrado durante toda la organización y celebración del mismo. Consiguiendo que disfrutáramos de una experiencia única e inolvidable. ¡Enhorabuena por el éxito! Fue un placer volver a ver antiguos conocidos, artistas y profesores, así como conocer a otros nuevos. Sin duda ha sido maravilloso poder compartir este tiempo con ellos y con el resto de asistentes. Fueron tres días intensos con tres grupos de personas de todas la nacionalidades durante los cuales impartí una técnica de arcilla polimérica. No tengo palabras para describir la emoción y la alegría que supuso para mí compartir esta experiencia con asistentes de todas partes del mundo: Europa-Asia-America-Australia. Especial ilusión me hizo encontrar un grupo de españolas y otro de italianas y suizas que conozco desde hace tiempo y a las que guardo especial cariño. Otro detalle inolvidable fue un regalo por parte de una de las alumnas checas, una maravillosa taza que se convertirá en un gran recuerdo. También quiero agradecer la presencia de mi hija Vanessa que acudió expresamente como traductora atendiendo con profesionalidad todas las clases y dudas por parte de los asistentes, gracias a ella la experiencia fue aún más completa y especial. Por último me gustaría reiterar mi agradecimiento a Lucy, por dedicarnos tanto tiempo y atención. Así como por el trato excelente que tuvo con nosotros. Gracias a todas las personas que asistieron. Espero que podamos vernos pronto de nuevo. Fabi❤
